My name is Jacob O'Brien, welcome to my personal website. I am a college student currently studying Commerce in UCC. My work experience includes working in bars in Cork City and a marketing internship with Superfy, a startup based in Dublin. More recently I have tried to start 2 startups myself, Meddi - a medication information app - and Skillsett - a marketplace that lets you pay to book in a video call with an expert. I was accepted into Ignite UCC, a graduate startup incubator, to work on Skillsett for my work placement in 3^rd year. I also have coding experience as this is a hobby I picked up in mid-2023. Some of my other hobbies include going to the gym and running with Milo (pictured).
